Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We’ve got answers! Here are some of the most common questions we hear from dog owners.

Please give us a call and we’d be happy to provide a quote! Pricing depends on your pet’s size, coat type, condition of the coat, and the style of groom requested. Discussing your pet over the phone helps us give you the most accurate estimate possible.

Yes! Nail trims are $15 and usually only take a few minutes. We recommend calling ahead to schedule, but we can typically get you in within a day or two.

For the safety and comfort of your pet, we do not allow owners to stay during grooming appointments. Pets are often more distracted or anxious when their owners are nearby, and this helps create a calmer grooming experience.

Grooming times vary depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and the type of groom requested. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe at drop-off, and we’ll call or text you as soon as your pet is ready for pickup.

Yes, we require dogs to be spayed or neutered to participate in group daycare. Please call for details about our policy.

  • Full Day (over 4 hours): $35
  • Half Day (4 hours or less): $25

That’s completely okay! We help new dogs ease into daycare gradually and monitor them closely to make sure they’re comfortable and having fun.

For the safety of all pets, we require dogs attending daycare to be current on vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. We may also recommend Canine Influenza depending on current health concerns.

Just bring your dog with a collar or harness—we provide water, supervision, treats, and plenty of playtime!

If your dog has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please bring their own treats so they can safely join in treat time.

Each dog is given a color-coded collar to help our team quickly identify their individual food requirements. If your dog needs a meal or medication during the day, please bring it clearly labeled with instructions.

Dogs are grouped based on size, small and large, to help create a safe and positive environment for everyone.
